Registration Method

To register, please fill out the application form with paying attention to the required sections. After confirmation, it will immediately reach us and will be transmitted to the Congress Secretariat which will, in its turn, send you your file number. Once you have paid the fees, the Secretariat will transmit your final identifier. A service of contact via email, phone or fax is placed at their disposal by our partner:

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must reach the congress secretariat by writing (by e-mail: info@geotunis.org or by Fax: (+216 71 255 881) before 01 November 2009. Cancellations made before 01 November 2009 are subject to 90 euro cancellation fees and refund all the fees of registration, after that date, no refund for cancellation will be possible.
