That's will be held at Tunis International Center for Environmental Technologies  from 16 to 20  December 2009

The invitation is addressed to the various researchers, the academicians, the institutions, the research centres, the private and public enterprises to participate in the different manifestations of the Congress in which shall presented work papers, surveys, experimental researches and workshops in addition to the geo-technological exhibition held at this occasion under the sponsorship of  well known international institutions that are active in the geographic information systems and remote detection, and its various applications in the hydraulic resources and desertification.
